1. Integration has been a disaster - the brand has not been accepted in the market which makes business development a challenge, and internally there is a lot of tension between teams with very few instances of collaboration 2. Not being able to sell in the market leads to low utilization levels, especially for the junior folks 3. Complete lack of transparency in performance management / appraisal processes 4. Increased levels of bureaucracy leading to wastage of time on unimportant tasks

First and foremost: Strategy& what? That's what clients and others ask. Not sure how the firm came up with this name but it is used as joke internally and externally Culture: Consulting firms employ lot of talented type A personalities but I was amazed to see the extent of animosity among the colleagues. Collaboration between the colleagues to ensure each other's and client's success is not a value practiced at this firm Declining business: significant loss of business to other firms after integration with PwC. Most partners left the firm before integration and significant number of other partners are counting days and very difficult to work with. Significant discounting and desperation to get clients.
