Same as for any Strategy Consultant: motivated people, steep learning curve, international environment, good pay, no boring routine but large variety of projects

Cons

Merger with pwc is not leading into the right direction, e.g. Move from Outlook to Lotus Notes says it all

If you come back from sponsored MBA you can enjoy life but will hate to have come back to a failed company

Cons

Declining market share in europe, catastrophic talent management, numerous lies about the merger (most notorious being that booz would remain a global entity), and massive permanent prestige drop because of pwc brand and utterly stupid new name.
