      -Competitive pay (but that's it)

      Cons

      -Lack of fact-based recommendations (heard numerous first hand stories of making up numbers) -No camaraderie between co-workers and no culture within Strategy& -Strong animosity between Legacy PwC and Strategy& (both sides crack jokes at each other constantly) -No real integration between PwC and Legacy Booz, no sharing of resources -Firm is missing targets and having to cut good talent due to PwC decisions, Legacy Booz partners have no power -Lack of work for many associates -Brand has been tainted, no respect from the top firms anymore

      Lebanese Consulting Mafia

      Great compensation, great benefits and generous expense policy

      You know how they have the Albanian mafia for the drug trade in Europe or the Italian mafia for the trade unions in New York during before the 90s? Its the Lebanese Consulting mafia at S& Middle East. The nepotism and cronyism is insane, coming from the West. You have very smart people from other nationalities getting overlooked for below average Lebanese hires. And these Lebanese guys are all from the same university, course, etc. so they get their friends to be their official mentor, thereby deflecting negative feedback they might receive from Project Leaders. These mentors will simply not bring up their negative feedback during appraisals, thereby allowing poor Lebanese Associates/ SAs who would've otherwise been counselled out to linger around in the firm undeservedly.

      I thought booz days were nice

      if you're a woman ... don't even bother applying if you're a man ... debate what kind of people you want to surround yourself with and if that includes under-qualified, misogynistic, and insecure males then enjoy
