Pros

I really enjoyed working at Processia, they gave me challenging and interesting projects, in challenging environments, but always with good support from Management, HR and colleagues. I had the opportunity to manage high skills projects, as a PM, as a SA, and I definitely increased my skills and work experience. The company takes good care of employees, answer to most of expectations, even in tough situation. Holidays, Good salary, the office are really nice (brand new), REER, good benefits, you can also work remotely if agreed with your supervisor.

Cons

Located in Laval, a bit far from the place where I lived, 1 hour and 15 min each morning and night, but Management solved this frustration by letting me working at home 2 days by week.

Thank you for your feedback, every suggestion to improve our company is taken into consideration. As you report yourself we are seeing changes in the company and we really like the employees engagement. We have won some of the most exciting PLM projects from around the world and have great projects for 2018 as well. We recently won the SME business of the month award from AQT, we participate to a lot more activities with employees such as 24h tremblant for sick kids and are planning a lot more in the future. All these things are happening because of our commitment to employees to make Processia an exciting place to work.

Pros

● Growing company. Take it as that. Perfect environment to contribute to an expanding organisation with maturing methodologies. You'll need to be creative if you join the team - ONLY suits proactive collaborators. ● Project based environment: Enables consultants to grow their Portfolio / Skillset in MTL, Canada, and even opportunities around the world (focusing on US and European market) ● 2017 update: Gap closed between executive layer and operations - new review process put in place to provide a voice to all levels of the organization! ● Self empowering: Working from home is an option + well established yearly goals & expectations with monthly review with management ● Good vibe / Team spirit - Social happenings, really nice new offices, although they are in Laval, so take into account a metro/bus ride (about 40 min from downtown @ peak hours) (building with showers, accessible from MTL with nice bike lanes)

Cons

● Key roles vacant at the Executive level, making some of the high level strategies slow to be implemented. (Most of these roles have hires starting in Q1/Q2 2018, so expect change...) ● Salary & Bonus conditions could be better Note: Other reviews classifying Processia as "Worst Company" clearly have never worked in a Top Consulting Firm under pressure.

Thank you for your feedback, every suggestion to improve our company is taken into consideration. Hiring the right people is certainly our priority, having a resource manager certainly helps to better define recruitment needs. We have a referral program for employees, internal and external recruiters to narrow down on the right people. As the company grows it evolves with it's employees, we see changes on a regular basis as we have more consultation, feedback sessions end participation on key operational decisions. keep up the good work!

Pros

I have worked at Processia for 1 year now. I saw the change. They highly consider your suggestions to improve processes and so on. They have a good team and give opportunities to travel with several types of clients. They remind you to keep a good life/work balance. So they let you work from home when you need. It is also a great place to learn with the team. And now they offer a career track that gives you the opportunities to manage your career. They offer as well a framework of certifications/Training related to your position and you need. A big good extra professional point is the social committee. A lot of activities are organized and any suggestions are welcomed - It keeps growing.

Cons

The offices are in Laval. Benefits/Compensation are not on par with the market.
