Structure of the company has been reviewed based on the growth and the voice of the operations. We are literally moving from project to program management. Cons
The work-life balance can be impacted depending on your investment in your project, especially with the COVID-19 context. But the middle management is really taking care of their staff by providing guidance, and there is always someone to talk to.

Hello there!
Thank you very much for sharing your experience at Processia so far. We are happy and grateful to see that what we want to provide and deliver as a services firm and an employer of choice makes sense to you too. And also glad to hear that you do feel supported and guided in your journey with us.
Covid-19 did impact work-life balance as you said and we are currently - as you probably know - to find creative ways to tackle that challenge. It's not easy though with all the different factors and stakeholders we want to consider, in order to have a holistic approach. But what's a challenge if it's too easy, right?
Thank you for your comments and best of luck in your career!
