Pros

Good Projects, celebration , Good learning opportunities, Good support projects, You can learn here whole IT industry things like IT politics,

Cons

At Processia, I faced challenges when I opposed tasks I felt were not the right approach. Leadership labeled this as “negative,” even though my intention was to ensure work was done properly. It’s just we can’t oppose whatever they want to do with our professional development. If they allocate support we should have to work for them as positive. The company culture favored certain individuals due to nepotism, which affected fairness and growth opportunities. Additionally, some guidance given by mentors was illogical, like claiming success or intelligence is automatically inherited (the “nepo kid” idea), which made learning and professional growth harder. There was also harassment and toxic behavior from some seniors, and micromanagement was common, which reduced team efficiency and morale. While the projects were interesting, the environment could improve by valuing employees’ feedback, promoting merit-based opportunities, and fostering a respectful and supportive culture.

Pros

Pros: Good for just gaining knowledge about work culture.

Cons

I worked at this company. I resigned during covid-19due to the intermediate politics and toxic work culture. They kept me as in support for project 1.5 years, and within one month, they needed the results via a coding application project. They decided someone's career had no choices and a growth mindset. Leg-pulling culture. One of my team leaders suddenly wants SQL queries run from me. It seems I have been working on other projects, and as a fresher, they should give proper time for other projects. Just like they provided me with support for the project, gossiping on personal things was unpleasant. They want to keep me on that regular project. Very unhealthy and unprogressive culture; it also supported favouritism.
