Pros

Nice new office but consultants are not working from that office.

Cons

Not supporting employees. They launch you on a project and then you're by yourself, no methods, no guidance, no support. Always finding a reason not to pay your bonus. Staffing firm capitalizing on resource placement, not a real integrator that could bring value to customer. Very high employee turnover. People are not staying.

Pros

If you read this, then the Pros would be not to join this company. It would save you a lot of your time.

Cons

There is a plan to hire 50 people... because they fired 60 this year. They will pretend to be 200, but they are less than 100. Customers do not want to see them again - OMG! Any good ideas, pieces of advise will just be ignored. Very unprofessional. Again, go to see their competitors, they will treat you much better. At least, contact any of their former employees before getting into trouble.

We are sorry that you feel that way about Processia. While we take every feedback very seriously, we feel that your opinion doesn’t match with our 2016 business facts. Indeed, in 2016 Processia has: • Faced a 44% growth revenue. • Ran nearly 70 fixed-price projects. • Hired more than 40 full-time employees with less than 5% of involuntary turnover. • Invested half a million dollars in new offices in both France and Canada. • Had more than 60 customers who decided to give or renew their confidence in Processia. • Signed with a major socially responsible Canadian investment fund, which decided, after careful investigation, to invest 4.2 million dollars in Processia. We surely have challenges within the organization to manage our impressive growth in our dynamic and fast-paced environment, but we put all the efforts and necessary resources to strive for what is most important to us: the satisfaction of our employees and customers.
