Pros

Great company with great benefits. Many opportunities for employees to learn all about sustainability and be a part of the company growth.

Cons

Disconnect with employees and very segregated by departments. So many changes in such short of time. It’s tume for me to move on.

Dear Former Nespresso Sales Employee, I am glad you enjoyed our free machines, as we are proud to offer competitive benefit programs and great perks. We appreciate your feedback regarding your job function, however, there is room for some healthy disagreement. We offer our coffee specialists a great training program which includes all facets of the business, products, sales, and machine training where our employees are trained and locations are set-up to properly clean and maintain our machines. If you’d like to explain your feedback in further detail, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly, happy to listen. Take care, Guillaume Le Cunff President & CEO, Nespresso USA
