Pros

Lot of fringe perks- all expenses paid conference in London annually, free coffee machine, free coffee, supplementary commission structure, excellent wage, time and a half on sundays.

Cons

Mystery shops and extremely high standards, makes it very difficult to remain motivated if things do not go as planned.

Pros

diverse and passionate team

Cons

Nespresso is a young company that is growing faster than it can keep up in the American Market. Management is often disorganized and the business has extremely limited resources to accomplish ambitious goals.
