Not the worst but way better options out there
Pros
- They offered a good pay (question is, is it worth the hassle?) - Clients (at least mine was) are nice and reasonable
Cons
- SELDOM will you hear back from the project managers on the same day. You're lucky to get a response within a week. - Does not respect the employee's time. Often does not meet on scheduled meetings. Either late or not available suddenly despite agreeing to schedule. This is not a one or two-time thing, it happens every single time. - After being hired, it feels like you're just another mouth to feed. They won't care about you if you're doing your work well, but they will make you feel the repercussion if the client brings something up. Of course, they'll side with the client, no matter what, it's a no-brainer! But they can at least be subtle about it. - Pretends to be progressive but just another traditional BPO that does not care about employee welfare. Better off applying to new ones who really understand YOUR VALUE. Remember you are their PRODUCT. Bonus: The hiring process is dreadful. Waste of time.
