Unresponsive manager and HR, all of them are not helping our concerns. They won't answer your questions within the day even in a week.

- Competitive Salary - Day Shift

Cons

- "Yes" man to clients, no own HR practice so each experience will depend on the client - Very Poor Payroll Management, there are almost always adjustments on our payslip due to miscalculation and excessive deductions, if you don't check it, you might be losing a lot already! - Unprofessional Client Managers - they can be heard across the lobby gossiping about other employees, they are even hard to reach especially when I was inquiring about my back pay. My colleagues experienced the same. - Poor Inhouse IT Support - most of them are newbies and takes too long to fix even urgent ones (Unable to login to network) - Slow and Unstable internet connection in the office - Outdated Computers - they gave us 4th generation i5 desktop computers which are too slow and laggy and does not have wifi card, and entry level equipments like mouse and headsets - No Flexibility - now work from home/hybrid setup, no grace period and 2 counts of lates even 1 min will convert to a memo - We are almost not allowed to talk to each other in the office which makes our environment so toxic and not fun at all - No Trust and Consideration to their employees, we are required to submit medical certificate even on 1 day of sick leave regardless of how minor it is. and fit to work docs if more than 1 day. We are also required to send proofs on emergency leaves like barangay certificate in case there is flood and etc. This shows how the company treats it's employees like they own their life already - Client Managers are like a walking CCTV on our office which reports our everyday activities. They want us to be on our desks 8 hours a day without fail. It makes it hard for us to have fun at work.
