      All the employees are nice, easy to approach and lively!

      Cons

      I can't think of any, maybe the site location? Specially if the roads going there experienced heavy traffic. Apologies, just needed something to put here so that's what I thought.

      Non-Traditional, Unconventional Management

      Pros

      I am quite surprised at how hands-on the executive management is in administration and operations, and you can easily walk up to them or the HR team and discuss your work issues and difficulties. It is a largely unconventional structure, but works to my advantage as staff who want honesty and transparency.

      Cons

      Some would possibly call it micromanagement, but it can work to the advantage of many employees who want a close working experience with the higher-ups.

      Too many people to reach out to. Communications are done through personal email, if their email were received delayed on your end, they will put you on fault for not doing it on time, this case is specific to processing of payroll, which should be in fact be done before your start date so there will be no discrepancies on the first payroll. Overall, HR processing is too slow.
