      Great teammates and great office (in some branch)

      Cons

      They do not have urgency on the needs of their employees. They do not prioritize welfares of their employee. What important to them is that they have clients and they will not listen to your feedbacks on how their client treat their employees. No work life balance. HR and Finance are very unresponsive to concerns of their employees

      SELECTED MANAGEMENT GETTING WORSE - But don’t want to resign because the company is good

      Pros

      I really like the company, the opportunities they provide, there is growth and expansion (which makes me want to stay here longer)

      Cons

      There are changes with the management/my current department these past months, it seems that there are lot of counter-productive projects that burdens/overwhelms the team. I hope the management can get the core staffs feedback about the leadership of the managers, leads or directors because the efficiency, performance, and culture of the team is affected.

      They're just nice and that's it

      Cons

      Managers don't know how to assess the situation, putting the blame on their employees instead of asking how they can solve the problem. They focus just on their client. THEY LIE TO YOU.
