      Leave Incentives, and good working environment

      Cons

      Slow progressive performance review, uncanny business proposition and no career progression of employees even they are 1 year in the position for leadership promotion. Another thing is discrepancy of the pay slip. Pay disputes are just hard as the brick hitting the wall. I will give now 1 star for disappointment.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
