HR Interview. This is the initial interview. First interview. HR will call you and then once you say yes to prroceed HR will begin interview process. Once you passed, they will schedule technical interview. When passed, they will send you the offer and start processing your requirements.

They assigned me to Binance and the interview was horrible. In the email there would be a person name Zac but then the person interviewed was a complete different person and not mentioned in the email. They only care about their opponent. I worked for Booking.com/Concentrix and all she cared about that interview is to gather information, they're not interested in hiring me. When I asked how long had the interviewer worked, she even declined to let me know and even said she needed to meet another candidate. Such disrespect and waste of time.
