      Pros

      Great co-workers (those which struggle to remain), flexible work schedule, and work from home program.

      Cons

      General lack of direction, financial management through sweeping; layoffs, employee benefit dilution, employee benefit removal. The latest action was to reduce "US" PTO (sick/Vacation/Flex) by 10 days. The justification was that part of the "savings" would be used to partially restore 401K matching (yet to occur - 50% on 2%) which were "temporally" suspended 5+ years ago.

      Unify - Teamwork makes a difference

      Pros

      As part of Unify, I work on the best team I have ever been part of during my long career. It is the first time I have truly seen productivity out of every member - no "Debbie Downers" or people that waste their day going from person to person goofing off or grumbling. If you need an action item completed, it gets DONE! It makes me reciprocate in kind and a better employee. It is a pleasure to work with everyone and I have yet to meet someone from our company that does not feel the same. Positive, productive atmosphere with a lot of excitement and fun.

      Cons

      It is a virtual position so whenever I feel isolated, I get onto a Circuit call to get the "face to face" that is needed at times. Circuit makes you feel truly connected.
