Pros
Great co-workers (those which struggle to remain), flexible work schedule, and work from home program.
Cons
General lack of direction, financial management through sweeping; layoffs, employee benefit dilution, employee benefit removal. The latest action was to reduce "US" PTO (sick/Vacation/Flex) by 10 days. The justification was that part of the "savings" would be used to partially restore 401K matching (yet to occur - 50% on 2%) which were "temporally" suspended 5+ years ago.
