      Some very smart people. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Hierarchical. Unable to grow the company. Currently laying off almost 50% of the people from US and Germany. The work environment in US is deteriorating.

      Pros

      The new leadership team is very strong and very people-focused. They seem to be all about communicating with us and execution, execution, execution. They are also cutting bureaucracy and listening to us employees. Our products and services are world class, but until recently we haven't had the best leadership.

      Cons

      The complexities of the business are significant, though we have already cut much of this out in the transformation.
