      1) Strong financials verified by bankers, lawyers and investers in the recent bond debt raise. Check. 2) Technology leadership in key unifieid communications technologies, wireless LAN and disruptive innovation coming in cloud, social media, video, contact center, etc. Check 3) Offers incredible opportunities for sharp, bold leaders who take accountability for solving challenges. Check. 4) in 6 months, this will be a completely different atmosphere. Better to join now and not later

      Cons

      Too many naysayers at the company. Negative past experience is tainting them to look at everything in a negative light. Lots of new employees with little tenure and many, many old timers who are set in their ways.
