Pros

This company strives to be a Great Place To Work. Indeed there is a relaxed "work from home" policy, private healthcare, ticket restaurant allowance, in-house cafeteria, hackathons, celebrations, etc.

Cons

Being a large company it is slow in following or adopting trends on new technologies. Technically you most probably going to work with legacy systems and do mostly boring, sustaining work rather than introducing new features that are technically challenging. Changing departments is not very easy and everything is done slowly.
