bad salalary for new employees, have been fireing people for 10 years now and it will continune, no carrier oportunities, bad atmosphere, miss management

Tough onboarding process for home based folk. Minimal explanations as to what you need to download, who to talk to, etc.

work like balance is nice. I enjoy being able to work from anywhere. It really allows for personal enjoyment to be had when you can manage things from home.

Cons

Issues with the on boarding process and a lack of clarity in requirements.

* Competitive salary with good benefits * Great people to work with in general * Excellent communication and collaboration tools * Flexible working environment with home/virtual working options * Good financial backing from Siemens AG and the Gores Group

Cons

* No pay increase in 5 years * Steady downsizing for the past 3 years with a major downsizing (50%) this year * No budget to do anything creative * Large churn in Executive Management fosters instability and insecurity * Communication with Senior Management is one way
