      relaxed climate, benefits in form of supermarket coupons

      Cons

      no payed overtime, (but more frequent brakes if you enjoy that...) a bit hard to change positions internally (an attempt to change that is in progress)

      Pros

      flexible work environment; Access to great communication products; competitive salary, training opportunities and benefits; the commitment and talent of the business unit I support really make the company a great place to work; input is always considered by senior management; paid vacation more than at most other companies. Most of all- scope for development is great and there is support at every corner.

      Cons

      Recently going through restructuring has had both a positive and a negative impact on the work- the work of the employees who have left has taken a while to be picked up and there have been a few teething problems with the work process as a whole but the current team at Unify is really committed to the success of the company which will result in a very positive new direction for this business.
