Pros

Good people with a willingness to give the company everything in order to meet company goals and objectives.

Cons

Unify keeps taking away benefits and have not increased salaries in years. Management is terrible and technology cannot overcome companies lack of vision and leadership.

Pros

-Lots to learn as there are not clear best-practices across the company, so you have the opportunity to research and propose ideas -The technologies and services provided to customers are quite good -Opportunity to chat, connect, and work with the global workforce -Atos seems to be providing stability and structure

Cons

-Culture: The company sticks to the way things have been done, regardless of success or not. While there is opportunity to share new ideas, there seems to be little buy-in and follow through from long-time employees and leadership on creating change and pursuing new ideas -Productivity/accountability: with a largely WFH offering in North America, it is easy to see responsibility and tasks fall through the cracks -Growth: upward mobility and employee development are not priorities for the company. They have slashed benefits including those for education. Promotions are not usually earned unless you are in the long-time inner circle -Human aspect: while all big companies (and most profitable companies of any size) need to define the 'value' of an employee, this company has an exceptionally robotic way of dealing with company updates, recognition, and structural changes -Always connected: As most products are designed to enable remote and flexible working, there is the expectation of long work hours and responsiveness during personal time (evenings and weekends). Additionally, the globally dispersed workforce adds to this because there are employees who need a response from you in every timezone
