      Pros

      It's a place if you want to work for if you value the work/life balance the most. Most people are friendly and nice, some talented, some working hard, some innovative. Overall work environment is comfortable but not motivating. A significant portion of employees, including many managers, are just doing some work to kill the time since they are simply couting the days til retirement. The downsizing so far has got rid of most of the people who actually did some work. High manangement is terrible, busy with political fights, no time to think about making some useful products at all. The company is not going anywhere with existing management, employees, products, and plans.

      A demanding and challanging employer where you can learn a lot if you give a lot

      Pros

      Challenging projects and work environment, company continously in tranformation, therefore new tasks and responsibilities have to be taken on and give the opportunity to learn a lot and participate in international projects. Good employees have the opportunity to develop themself in different areas and can learn a lot from experienced colleagues. Depending on the job, you can work with limited supervision, flexible working hours and home office possibility.

      Cons

      Continous restructuring demotivates many employees as their future within the company is unsure. It is easy to take on additional tasks and develop yourself if you bring good results. Anyways it is not easy to advance your income, as salaries are not mandatorily depending on your function. Political ping pong influences the success of crossfunctional teams and projects. Some managers are 150% of the time busy with specific topics and therefore lag the time to actually manage and advice their employees.
