Pros
Good products apart from the ones that don't work.
Cons
Since the merger very poor staff management except if you are in Germany. NO leadership, still the same old problems. Now doing a 4 day week with pay cut, except the Germans get a rebate from the government so the rest of us suffer. In the US severance pay now just one week. NO vision, NO leadership, just now a numbers game.
