      Great products and some great people.

      Pros

      The rebrand has been a great success. OpenScape is a great product and Ansible will be too. The new management team appear focused and have an intent to change the business to improve performance.

      Cons

      Whilst the software is in general very good, the processes and bureacracy holds the business back, together with some very poor marketing. Sales is an uphill battle against the odds.

      Pros

      There is a nice team and anyone can fit in. A young and nice blood. A lot o trainings (for free without conditions). Daily job is always new with challenges.

      Cons

      The payment is somehow stucked on a medium value. the same position can be found in same city with higher value. There is a slight lack of objectivity from the management.
