Pros

Decent technology, was leading-edge a few years ago, although not very sexy for end users. Some of the former Siemens era employees are great to work with.

Cons

Most of the sales force is left out in the field with no help whatsoever. Marketing is non-existent. The various cumbersome internal processes make business development pretty much impossible. Continuous reorg and downsizing lead most of their good customers to check the competition..Horrible management.

Cons

Company is owned by investment firm (Gores Group) that always wants to make double digit profit. As a result, there is no pension or 401K plans offered to employees.
