Pros
Decent technology, was leading-edge a few years ago, although not very sexy for end users. Some of the former Siemens era employees are great to work with.
Cons
Most of the sales force is left out in the field with no help whatsoever. Marketing is non-existent. The various cumbersome internal processes make business development pretty much impossible. Continuous reorg and downsizing lead most of their good customers to check the competition..Horrible management.
