      Pros

      nice products and to some small extent - people, to work with

      Cons

      Everything is becoming more and more outdated, product-wise. There are some initiatives to get a modern product, but too little too late. The company is in a major cost saving mode, shedding thousands of jobs, slashing benefits and basically not offering anything extra to it's employees. The company is not a "winner".

      Pros

      The engineers are great. They try to do their best and are willing to work as a team. They do the best they can with what they have.

      Cons

      Management seem detached. They keep trying new things to help them like the employee review process. The problem is they have little knowledge of the products or what makes them work. This has become more pronounced with the latest leadership. Always the threat of job cuts.
