      Pros

      Good opportunity to develop key soft and technical skills as a young professional. Great consulting training led by European offices. Work with bright and interesting people for the most part. Impactful projects in mining. Lots of autonomy and opportunities to stand out. Friendly leadership. Fantastic office space.

      Cons

      Pay on par with the rest of PwC management consulting, but you're expected to perform at a higher level. Poor mentorship and support. Very limited number of experienced strategy consultants to emulate and learn from. Not much diversity in projects. The biggest issue was the lack of accountability and ownership from seniors on specific projects, who desperately lacked experience and know-how.

      Pros

      A few practices have fantastic people, great work life balance and projects

      Cons

      Dubai office is very Lebanese heavy. Overall terrible culture, extremely hierarchical and zero respect for personal boundaries or work life balance. The professional trainings are quite useless and poor quality. Most projects are 16+ hours long and inefficiently managed. If you are not an EM, be prepared to be treated like a slave from managing food delivery orders to getting weird requests like go deliver the manager’s personal items to their girlfriend at her home. WTF?!

      Pros

      Some very good colleagues (although less in % than in other consulting firms)

      Cons

      They may tell you that they compete in projects / culturewise with McK/BGC/Bain to lure you in, but this is a complete lie. This is nothing more than a sub consulting department from PwC, completely non-strategic to the company (if Strategy& and PwC audit compete for a client, guess which way the company is gonna go) and so, you get treated a lot more like a auditor than a high-end consultant You get basically the worst of management consulting (long hours, high stress, competitive environment) with close to none of the perks
