Pros

4 days WFH and 1 day in office. 25 days annual leave, 3 days family leave.

Cons

Don’t have any expectations because there won’t be any increment no matter how well you have done. No organic promotion. No growth opportunities. No job security either with FFG, Offshoring.

Pros

Good HR policy and learning opportunities

Cons

Recently the management at this company tends to undervalue experienced professionals. Despite having a wealth of knowledge and years of industry expertise, seasoned employees often find their input overlooked or underappreciated. This lack of recognition can affect morale and hinder the full potential of the team. A more balanced approach that respects both fresh perspectives and experience would greatly benefit the organization.

Pros

Pay is reasonable and there are opportunities for growth and learning if you get a good manager and team.

Cons

- Restructuring occurs almost yearly without much tangible change in the way the organisation functions. - Internal processes are inefficient and can be overly bureaucratic. - No contingencies or fallbacks when colleagues leave the bank. - Upper management lacks transparency and information is typically transmitted through word of mouth instead of official channels. - No clarity on roles and responsibilities across levels. - Ad-hoc changes to bonus and compensation policies which are not communicated to employees.
