Pros

The pay is good, it's above market rate.

Cons

It's a toxic work environment. The defining characteristic that gets people promoted and recognised is politics at the deteriment to results. There are a host of toxic managers that blame everyone but themselves when they're the root cause of the problem. SCB has a record of the most failed transformations of any bank.

Pros

Hybrid working, flexible working, freedom to set your own hours.

Cons

Not a great place to work if you want to innovate with data or drive a career, promotions are hard to come by and work is frustrated by needlessly complex processes and constant excessive fears of regulators.
