      1. Management tends to favor individuals with whom they share prior associations, cultural background, or language. 2. Unrealistic expectations at times, such as completing future-dated work in the present day. 3. Lack of clearly defined and streamlined processes can lead to operational inefficiencies. 4. You have to find how the process works, no one going to help 5. Management feedback loops can be biased, often influenced by a select group of individuals. 6. Domain expertise and performance may be overlooked in favor of internal favoritism.

      Good environment but very little count of locals in the office, feels out of place

      Cons

      No increment for 3 years for the whole bank and a lot of retrenchment but CEO raking up 13m bonus last year, not a good look, yearly bonus is just 13 month’s pay but a little bit more
