      Pros

      Compensation is fair and the company is growing quickly showing great potential. Lots of smart people at the lower levels.

      Cons

      -Incompetent management and lack of respect towards female consultants (sexual harassment ...) -Company requires a better structure to reduce turnover rate and maintain the best employees The Director I worked under is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met, with both clients and colleagues.

      Arrogant leaders whose egos don't match their performance

      At the point that I left in 2019, the salary was decent

      Cons

      Literally everyone who is manager and above is arrogant with a huge ego, and they treat consultants like dirt. No vision or direction in the singapore office, the partner pursues any opportunity that gets him money including low value work like resource augmentation where consultants are left alone in the client's site for a year with no check ins. Meanwhile, the managers and above act like big shots while failing to sell anything that's actually meaningful to clients

      Pros

      Fairly acceptable work-life balance. Fun gatherings. Easy to reach out to management and partners.

      Cons

      Weak project pipeline. Weak brand in middle East. Weak learning opportunities. Weak management, and huge misalignment between partners as many people are sailing the ship. Unfair, not structured and inconsistent appraisals. not a place you want to start or grow your career. Feels like you work for a cartel, you might loose your head on a wrong turn.
