      Pros

      Compensation is fair and the company is growing quickly showing great potential. Lots of smart people at the lower levels.

      Cons

      -Incompetent management and lack of respect towards female consultants (sexual harassment ...) -Company requires a better structure to reduce turnover rate and maintain the best employees The Director I worked under is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met, with both clients and colleagues.

      Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

      Cons

      Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
