      Sia Singapore harms Sia Partners reputation

      Pros

      Nothing apart from being a subsidiary of Sia Partners. I heard that it is a very good company at least on France and in United States.

      Cons

      Everything: proposed prices don't fit with consultants' competencies. Many clients blacklisted the company in Singapore. I spent months without any mission and I saw how bad is the local Manager. He always try to get the jackpot by selling very expensively. I heard that Sia Partners is a very good company at least in France and in United States.

      Entrepreneurial culture Salary in line with peers and some variable Good social events inside firm and friendly people Hours are not stressfull

      Cons

      Very high number of missions around I.T. systems Strategy consulting missions are 5% of all missions Directors very sales driven Learning curve on the job not impressive Missions can be very long (up to 18 months)
