Thank you for your feedback. We have indeed large and awesome projects and offer exposure and opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Sometimes people may be asked to do overtime and that should be reasonable and not interfere with one's personal life. We are already taking actions on this in order to make sure each and everyone will have an enjoyable experience as an employee.

Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. Managers and HR are actually dedicated to employees' career development. While 2020 was a peculiar year, we are happy and proud since we took the opportunity to offer more trainings. Training and development are definitely a key way to be successful not only as an employer but also as a consulting firm. Our 2021 development plan is solid and covers several aspects, from technical, behavioral to leadership skills.

Hello, Thanks for your comments, we appreciate it. It's indeed a great place to work and learn about complex consulting projects. You have basically highlighted a combination of elements that makes us quite unique in our ecosystem: 1- Complex PLM projects 101 2- Fast paced environment and fast growth which allow us to offer different career opportunities 3- Proximity with execs and management, thanks to our size but also thanks to our open doors' policy and our CEO's management style 4- Exposure to big and complex PLM projects, thanks to a very balanced portfolio of customers and industries, in several parts of the world. As you said though: if someone looking for a career in a consulting firm is looking for always doing a 9-5, then it might not be the right fit. We try though to keep that reasonable compared to certain bigger firms, when overtime is the rule and not the exception. Thanks again and good luck in your career!
