Good company to learn

Pros

- Fast pace. Lots of very interesting projects. - Management + HR has changed in recent times and consultants voice is more heard. - Plenty of activities with the social committee - Very nice offices (new as of 2017) - I read a lot of reviews here and it's all over the place. In a few years, I have never been pushed, pressured to do anything I was not willing to do. Is this the best company in the world? No. But I feel I have learnt a lot, and I have been in other Montreal based consulting firms in PLM, it wasn't better. - Turn over has slowed a lot in 2018 and the new teams in tech and functional are getting strong! - Working from home a portion of the week is allowed!

Cons

- Offices in Laval is not for everyone, although bus commute is fast and easy. - Could offer more opportunities for training (New traning platform implemented in 2018)

Great company to work for

Business Outlook

Pros

Great business to work for if you're passionate about PLM consulting activities in several industries and many countries. Even more if you have the entrepreneurial spirit share by the management. Strong partnership with Dassault Systèmes, PLM worldwide leader.

Cons

Communication in a growing company always a concern.
