Pros

Good salary, co-workers make or break the experience

Cons

huge disparity between quality of management boutique-to-boutique. The store I was at had the most unprofessional manager I've ever run into, poor handling of rosters, customer interactions and stock control. You're trained and expected to have a high level of knowledge regarding the coffee industry, yet you're treated very much like a cog in the machine when it comes to the day-to-day.
