Pros

Great benefits and autonomy in driving business. They are very receptive to ideas about how to improve and you can see the change happening.

Cons

Many of the processes don't make sense in a retail environment: working through the eyes of a manufacturing company. Emphasis on procedure and lack of ability to be dynamic and adaptable.
