-At my particular location, the managers are very particular about the way things are done. I am not fond of the way the store manager disciplines employees. For example: An employee is not supposed to be cleaning an item because it is too early to do so. The manager precedes to say a condescending comment toward the employee and then communicates to the employee that they shouldn't be doing that.
-The managers don't seem to get along with one another, causing conflict among themselves which is negatively impacting moral of the employees.
