Pros

Free coffee, passionate people, strong brand affinity. HQ support.

Cons

Despite Gatwick location and train disruptions, senior management does not adopt modern flexible working arrangements. Lack of innovation and 'dictatorship' management style. Little chance of promotion for junior employees.

Pros

Great product to sale & customer service focused.

Cons

Bad management, huge-employee turnover, no room to expand skills & experience, lack of organised organisational structure and consistency, favouritism, no accountability, HR covers managers fault rather fixing issues so experienced employee can stay in the company and many more issues.
