Pros

The office has great coffee. You also get pretty decent benefits. Also, since it's in Long Island City, it's a nice office location with a great view.

Cons

Glass ceiling, or maybe just a pure concrete ceiling with no way of breaking through. Honestly, Nepotism runs amuck in that office. Lastly, You'll be micro managed to within an inch of your life. There's no avoiding it.

Pros

Wonderful company, attractive salary and great opportunities. Annual bonus and salary increase as well as monthly capsule allocation.

Cons

Not many boutiques Nationwide so hard to progress up the ranks. Retail rosters can be draining and unable to take annual leave over any busy periods.

Racist Company

Pros

*Paid weekly since I was working through a temp agency, Adecco.

Cons

*Nespresso fired all the black employees, but kept (and promoted) the white and Asian employees. *Management would lounge in the back office for majority of the shift. And, they were pretty rude to fellow employees. *No recognition for work done.
