Pros

The ability to work from home. Great benefits with health, dental, vision, 401K plan, and of course the employee discount perks. Extensive training. A fun, helpful, amazing team to work with.

Cons

Working weekends. Getting stuck with the late shift.

Pros

Good pay for the level of work they expect.

Cons

There is a lot - this role will not teach you new skills - boutique manager knowingly ignores issues of racism and bullying from the so called "team leads" - a team lead was promoted even though they are clearly bullying others, especially new hires - team leads constantly make-out with each other IN the areas of the back - as a boutique specialist, you cant go to team leads for support - the toxic environment that is causing good ppl to quit

Pros

- Excellent base rate of pay (£10/hr) - Good commission rates (£3/sale) - Top notch training - Easy brand to sell

Cons

- Monotonous work gets boring quickly - If you're placed in busy stores sales come thick and fast; not so in stores more out of the way or less busy. - On your feet all day - Some consumers give you grief about the parent company Nestle - No real opportunities for career progression
