Pros

Working at Nespresso, USA you have the ability to really change processes and ways of working to best service the Customer. Senior Management is always open to listening and activing ideas that add value and make for a better customer experience. Work life balance is great and benefits are outstanding!

Cons

Sometimes outdated technology in the company can slow down execution and we could use an upgrade in our CRM tools. I think most companies face that issue, as technology is always changing

Pros

- Free coffee. - Discount on machines.

Cons

- Chaotic environment with lack of vision and leadership. - Salaries are 20% below market, and the annual pay rise is around 1%. Not aligned with the increase in workload. - Overload without recognition. There is no recognition program in place. - Everything in Nespresso is manual, coupled with extreme micromanagement. - Zero career opportunities and no development. Management prefers hiring people from outside instead of developing current employees. - No trainings at all. Only line managers are entitled for training and conferences, and employess are there to do tasks. - HR team is there to recruit only, and then they don't care about employees. The line manager has the absolute power.

Pros

Good Coffee Allowance Most employees are nice Good pension Good opportunities to move elsewhere within the company. The values and culture of the company are nice but little is done to put them into place and make sure people enforce it.

Cons

-They say 'flexible working' but in reality it doesn't exist (maybe in some departments) -Work/Life balance is VERY poor- constantly contacted, whether you are sick, on holiday, its the evening or the weekend. - Upper management are disorganised. - Office politics -Very high turnover of staff and little was done about it/ don't really listen to employees concerns
