      Pros

      Great pay for international hires Flexible hours Community activities to keep everyone engaged and acquainted Global work environment

      Cons

      No benefits whatsoever for international hires - no PTO, healthcare, equipment, not even performance reviews No career growth plan at all, no training opportunities Leadership is too distanced and not aware of the issues that subordinates are going through Some managers are doing a really poor job, being abusive and getting away with it HR has no real power and decisions are ultimately made by leaders who are not as in touch with the rest of the company

      Independence and trust. Small shop culture while working on a global scale. Variety of clients, durations of engagements, industries, products. Leaders set the tone of the culture.

      Operations is scaling but the people are there to support.
