Some of the best reasons to work at Modus? It's modites! Honestly this is the best company culture I have ever had the privilege to work in! People are welcoming, lines of communication are open and encouraged, diversity isn't about fulfilling a quota but something that naturally happens when people are hired for what they bring to the table, which enriches every conversation whether it's about a specific work task, a new tech stack, pets, life, you get the idea. So this will definitely sound cheesy or will have you in disbelief, but I have nothing bad to say. I've never been so happy or felt so appreciated, from the little things of having people just randomly check-in to make sure you're happy to finding kindred spirits across the globe!
