Pros
There is a reason why Modus Create is often rated as one of the best places to work remotely. It's because the company has been doing so for over a decade and has really fine-tuned its processes and culture around distributed teams. You get to work with some of the biggest companies on the planet. The pay is great. And the culture is very close-knit. The two founders are very different and complement each other really well. One is more inward/team focused and the other is more client/business focused. This is a delicate balance for any company, and the deep trust between the founders helps us in maintaining it. Everyone is very approachable and willing to help. Everyone is also very respectful of each others' timezones. Modus isn't a company for people who need to be motivated. It is a platform where you own your career. Not everyone is going to like it, and that is okay.
Cons
I haven't had a chance to meet any Modite in person. Perhaps this will be fixed when the pandemic is over.
