Business Outlook
Pros
It's the typical remote company, you get a fair job and they don't require too much experience. The core team is helpful, even though you end up interfacing more with the client you are allocated.
Cons
It's not easy to climb up in the company. Hard to get a raise and you are always dependent on whether the client you are allocated will renew or not. So you may end up working with legacy code, and need to shift focus from time to time.
