      Pros

      At Modus, you will find an excellent group of people. Everyone is reachable, even the founders which you can email them or slack them. They deal with big and interesting clients, and the projects are always well managed and directed

      Cons

      The only cons I can think of is the contracts doesn't usually are larger than a year long. They try to keep you and put you in other projects, but that's not always possible

      Pros

      Development team is excellent - top to bottom.

      Cons

      No management. No focus. Lack of accountability = a lot of finger pointing when things go wrong. CEO is rarely involved and often disconnected. The office is a ghost town. There's a lack of "team" feeling throughout. It can feel a bit like being in the court of the Queen of Hearts.
