      Management is worst They are puppets of french counterparts French dominance is at very high No learning curve No growth HR are dummy, they have no separate brain Mid level managers has no opinion and they have to follow top management

      Cons

      The initial company setup period in India seems to be over. French leaders moving out of India and Indian leaders are taking over either upgrading from an existing role at Michelin or new hires. With Indian management taking over, work culture is getting toxic. New leadership hires are mostly from service based industries and bringing in the Indian services industry toxic culture to Michelin.
